Lighting the Legacy Project:
Launched in 2015, Lighting the Legacy is an original and unique initiative of the Al Rashid Mosque. The Campaign works to set the vision for sustainable and holistic community growth and development, and works to ensure appropriate management is in place to accomplish the goals of the Muslim community of Al Rashid Mosque.
Al Rashid Education Foundation (AREF):
Founded in 2013 by local community members looking to make a positive contribution to lives of Refugees and visible minority students both in Canada and around the world by disbursing post secondary education scholarships to successful award recipients.
